1. This is an agreement between you ‘the customer’ and Wild Science Ltd ‘the service provider’ in providing animal education and therapy workshops, sessions and parties. These terms and conditions set out the services which Wild Science Ltd agree to provide.
2. Once you have confirmed the booking of your scheduled event, you, ‘the customer’, agree to the following terms
2.1 to pay the sums due no later than 30 days from the date of the event.
2.2 to ensure that all booking information is accurate at the time of the booking confirmation email. Wild Science cannot be held liable for any inaccurate information after this time.
2.3 to notify Wild Science no later than 24 hours preceding the event, of any change to the requested venue location. Wild Science reserves the right to include any additional charge to accommodate your request to the change of venue if necessary.
2.4 to ensure health & safety standards are followed as set out by employees of Wild Science.
2.5 to notify Wild Science no later than 14 days before the booking of a cancellation, or change to the date and time. You agree to pay 50% of the booking fee should you cancel your booking within the 14 days prior to the event taking place. All remaining sums fall due once the event has been attended.
2.6 to ensure at the time of booking that sufficient parking space is made available at the requested venue to accommodate the transportation of live animals. If you are unsure, we will be happy to discuss the parking arrangements with you.
3. Once you have confirmed the booking of your scheduled event, Wild Science Ltd agrees;
3.1 to provide animal education and/or therapy workshops at your requested venue.
3.2 to arrive ready to present at the scheduled date and time. Should we be late due to traffic or weather conditions we will make up the time during that day. If necessary, we will schedule a return visit at no extra cost.
3.3 to guarantee a broad range of live mammals, reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. We try to accommodate requests but as living animals the availability of a particular animal cannot be guaranteed.
